Terms of use

Short version: this is a reading site about buildings. It is not a booking agency, the prices are records rather than quotes, and some links are commercial.

1. Operator

Cestovní agentura „PRAHA STOVĚŽATÁ“ s.r.o., Karmelitská 376/20, 118 00 Praha 1 – Malá Strana, Czechia, IČO 24129691, Městský soud v Praze, C 181293. Contact: [email protected].

2. What the archive is

An editorial index of Prague houses that take guests. Entries describe buildings, streets and recorded prices. The operator is not a tour operator, does not conclude accommodation contracts and does not collect payment for stays.

3. Prices and availability

Every price is marked from and carries the date it was read. It is a record, not an offer, and it will drift. Ratings and record counts are aggregations of public reviews and are shown as recorded. Availability, minimum stays, taxes and cancellation terms are set by the house or the operator you book with.

4. Commercial links

An entry opens on the house itself; on a phone a licensed casino ranking is served in its place at the same address. Casino and bonus figures are commercial placements: a click may earn the operator a commission, at no cost to you. The list is compiled editorially by licence and payout record. Bonus figures are the operators’ own, change without notice, and are subject to their terms; eligibility may be limited by country and age (18+).

5. Content and photographs

Text and layout belong to the operator. Photographs are used under open licences and credited on the photographs page. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is welcome; wholesale copying is not.

6. Liability

The archive is compiled with care but without warranty of completeness or accuracy. The operator is not liable for the services of hotels, booking portals or game operators, nor for indirect damage arising from use of the site. Mandatory statutory liability stays unaffected.

7. External content

Outbound links lead to third-party sites. Their content, prices and terms are theirs; no control is exercised over them.

8. Accessibility and availability

The site aims to remain readable without scripts and on slow connections. Continuous availability is not guaranteed; maintenance windows are not announced.

9. Governing law

Czech law, without the conflict rules that would point elsewhere. Consumer disputes may be brought before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the court with jurisdiction over the consumer.

10. Changes

These terms are dated 4 November 2026. Changes are published here with a new date; the version in force is the one you are reading.
